Hotel

The con will take place at the Quality Hotel, Two Mile Ash, Milton Keynes. Click here for a Multimap view of the area.

They have a pool (tiny) steam room, spa pool, sauna with free use for guests so we should bring costumes if we wish to use these! They don't seem to have an individual website, but if you want to see their flyer, click here (102k) and here (88k). The chain also has an international website,  for what that's worth.

We're going to operate a no-smoking policy in all con areas.

Transport

The hotel is 2 miles from Milton Keynes railway station, and 30 miles from London Luton airport. Easyjet fly to Luton from a variety of places in Europe and the British Isles.

Registration and Fees

Not quite sure yet, but we are currently assuming that the total cost of participation (accommodation and food included) is going to be in the region of £160. We are asking for a £50 deposit with your registration. The deposit will be refundable (minus £5 admin fee) until 22 February 2002.
